Cancellations

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription with repeat deliveries, based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration unless cancelled.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription, or you can contact our support team at [support email] and we'll take care of it for you.

Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can request a return or refund — see our Returns Policy for details.
