Product Quality Guarantee

All BioVanna products are backed by a 90-day product quality guarantee from the date of delivery. This means that if your product is found to be defective in materials or manufacturing within 90 days of receipt, we will replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion.

What This Warranty Covers

• Products that arrive damaged, broken, or with compromised seals
• Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect labeling, contamination, missing contents)
• Products that do not match the description listed on our website at the time of purchase
• Shipments containing the wrong item(s)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear of packaging after delivery
• Products that have been opened, partially used, or fully consumed (unless a manufacturing defect is evident)
• Damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight)
• Dissatisfaction with the results or effectiveness of a product (individual results may vary)
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers
• Products beyond the 90-day warranty period

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@biovanna.com with the following information:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase
2. A description of the issue
3. Photographs of the defective or damaged product (including packaging, if applicable)

We will review your claim within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, we will either ship a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Warranty Claim Shipping

If a return of the defective product is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
